With around 270 bird species, Madagascar is a great place for birding. Around 40% of these birds is endemic. There are very rare birds, like three kinds of mesites.
The first part of the tour reveals the beauty of the southern part of Madagascar, a mixture of culture and ethnicity. From Tulear to Fort Dauphin, Vezo, Antandroy, Mahafaly then Antanosy.
Baobabs viewing at Reniala Reserve and on National Road 7, ringtails, sifaka lemurs viewing at Anja Park, Isalo National Park. The indri indri, Madagascar’s largest lemurs, and the beautiful diademed sifaka in Andasibe Park.
